My stay was overall positive. the location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the staff's hospitality, especially when they provided a full fridge and freezer, which was a nice surprise. Although there wasn’t breakfast available, I didn't mind since it wasn’t advertised.

I did experience issues with the water pressure in the shower, which could definitely use an upgrade.

The room was a nice size, with cable TV, a microwave oven and a fridge. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It was in a magnificent location right by the lake and Cumberland Falls and restaurants and shopping. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Applebee's.

We were in town for an event at the nearby arena and only stayed one night. the location was incredibly convenient, with great dining options within walking distance. the customer service was exceptional; Mitch went above and beyond to return our forgotten item promptly. the room was clean, updated, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and useful amenities like a working refrigerator and vinyl flooring. Overall, a modern and comfortable stay with superb service.
